I got the doctor note e-mail ONCE. I sent back an e-mail attaching my appoint confirmation in 3 weeks then didn’t answer my phone. Just texted back ‘waiting on doctor appointment’
Of course the machine sat for lack of coverage. Boss sent another e-mail 12 days in saying doctor note requirement was cancelled if I was well please return to work.
