One day off for each scheduled day.  That's the "standard" schedule regardless of how it works out!

More than half of the pilots at the company are doing a 4/3 schedule now, not 7/7!

How about we go back to the contractual "standard" the union gave away and let the the pilots at each base decide what schedule they want and what days they want to do it!
