"Let me clarify , LTE occurring from poor wind positioning where there is plenty of room to maneuver in any direction is a non event. The photo shows an off airport landing which isn’t typical for Vegas tours. 
I would hope that even the lowest time tour pilot could manage even a full tail drive failure to a run on landing.

Since the tour world is small I’ll believe that probable cause is already floating the rumor river and it’s not the mysterious LTE phantom."
