Follow all the rules until it is inconvienent. At that point either you "get the job done" regardless of the rules and take the hit if it goes bad, or you get canned for made up cause or not being a "team player". It's all a joke and a front. Never again will I work in that bottom of the barrell industry. And that was at a big company that fronts itself as a bunch of safety nazzies. You won't know that because this place here screens their dirty laundry and deletes their negative posts. This is a joke as well.
