(and Medcrew LOVE to sleep, watch Tiktok all day, and/or do work/prep for their other side-gigs)... once you do one flight for one of their shifts then "they're done" attitutude-wise. 

Out of those who've been doing it for at least 5-10 years, only maybe 30-40% are actually mission minded and care about doing their job throughout the whole shift.  

So you get paid to be ready and paid to sleep... ESPECIALLY if it's an overcast day (no matter how hight the ceilings are)
