down there is one of the Floating spares....PHI didn't buy a GXi...they haven't bought aircraft in over 12yrs...if they bought a IFR bird it definitely would NOT be a 407....they won't fly IFR with a single engine...so try again....the plan was to put a 407 there and see the flight volume......then MAYBE  put a EC there...if the customer pays for it....odds are they won't.....so it is  407 BASE....NOT A SPIFR BASE......
