Trying to force everyone into a sardine can in order to save money.  Everyone sharing one bathroom, people coming & going all hours, TV's, talking on the phone, slaming doors, cooking & laundry at all hours.  

Don't put up with it & let them lable you as not a team player or whatever their position allows them to call you.
