If it weren’t for owners including the US government taking a chance on newbie pilots none of us would be experienced enough to recognize inexperience. Some Devine intervention keeps most of us alive and not crashing sometimes not.
Even then experienced pilots lapse attention just long enough to have bad stuff happen. Including me with 14,000 hours and 30 years flying
