Maybe if you paid attention and listened you would know that. Instead you spew lies about the union to push your narrative and agenda. Fact is without the union proposing the raise and negotiating it and reaching terms on it, there would be no raise. The union warned AMC months prior of GMR's upcoming raise and proposed a raise to the company. Company thought they knew everything and tried calling the unions bluff. Then BAM! Low and behold the union was right and it costs the company an additional 2%....thank you union and thank you GMR, Survival Flight, HaloFlight, Lifeflight, and all the others who forced a company and its ELT to act after they proved they have no regard for their revenue generators. Actions speak far louder than words and I for one appreciate the union and this boards efforts!
