Union is giving away AGENCY FEE PAYERS money to members.  Afterall, if the union is "giving back" to members, then only agency fee payers are left ot actually pay for anything!   Non-members!   Who, are only suppose to pay for their fair-share of representational fees, not all the "give backs"

If the union can afford to give back nearly 100% of dues money to its members, then it shouldn't be taking a penny from Agency Fee payers whatsoever.
