Baltimore area had a good run with mayor later governor Shaeffer. inner Harbor, Fells Point great places to visit.  When the politics became racially demanded, it fell apart.  Inner harbor looks deserted, Fells Point a giant toilet after dark, corruption is the norm in the city administration.  Best thing about Baltimore now is seeing the sign that says you've left the city
