Here's the latest Local 108 Constitution and By-Laws, where the pilots of CareFlight (an entirely independant Class and Craft of pilots woking for a different employer) are relegated to a mere "committee" existance!   No ELECTED Board members, no real representation, ...   essentially, just 2nd Class union members!

Demand, in writing, a unique and separate Charter (Local) designation before you vote!
