A manager at Med trans and Eagle med said the reason the mechanics did not get a raise when the pilots did is because pilots directly make money for the company mechanics don't.  Yep he really said it in a management meeting.   I did not mention the individuals position and or name because I do not want this thread to get deleted even though it is a factual statement.
