Not in our side of the industry. CP, DOM, owners are working way harder than line pilots. On my 21 off I never hear from them. Their phones ring 50 times a day/night.
They also know most of can walk with no notice and have a job at the competition in hours. So they don’t treat us like they own us. At least not the smart ones.
