the point our American culture has lost.  Respect, honor, compassion, duty, ethics, others and country first.

Nowadays it's "use my pronoun/s or else I'll tattle to the internet void", identify as XYZ, di ddle with the middle, muck about with hormones, waddle like an idiot, have no purpose other than to live off others, destroy and rename but not rebuild, have fun adding to the list.

We're born with parents, whether we know them or not (test tubers another subject), and time, that's it.  Spending life wallowing in one's mental void trying to create something of worth does nothing, for anyone, not even the idiot practicing it.

Lot of good people in all the generations but way too much distraction and media attention from the idiots who have no sense of obligation to themselves or others.

Vietnam vets, and all vets, at least tried, and many accomplished quite a lot both in the military arena and in civilian life.  Walking in to a war zone is a far more permanent reality in all respects than sitting behind a computer and grousing about others who've actually done it.

Gramps?  Good name.  Just try living long enough to be entitled (a real entitlement, and earned) to it.
