Go take an alcohol diversion class. Employers won't care after that. If the DUI has been a long time ago, they also won't care about that.  It had been ten years when I went and interviewed in the gulf back in 2018. Had my DUI in 2008 in the military. I did an alcohol diversion class after it happened, and haven't had any issues getting offered jobs or hired anywhere.
