So I'm a pilot at Metro and happen to know all the in's n out's about this particular situation.  The court dates and actual case are all yet still to come, and this article is pretty premature as nothing's close to being finalized for a while.  But I can tell you after reading it that the story definetly leans bias for the pilot and against Metro, which is in reality far the ACTUAL truth and events.  Metro's only fault in the situation absolutly was wrongful termination with this pilot and will lose that case every day in court.  But the storie's pushing that Metro pressured him to fly in bad wx etc is completely bogus and this article doesn't do what really happened too much justice, so take from it what you will.
