that got into the government solar scheme are starting to hit the EOL on their systems.  In the last several years:

Their minimum system charge from the electric company has increased by a factor of 4.

Their panel efficiency has dropped by as much as 40%.

Their storage system efficiency has dropped significantly.  
The electric companies can no longer be counted on to buy their excess production.

On-Grid use has increased significantly. 
Repair parts for system repairs are exorbitant or nonexistent. 
A replacement system is not eligible for gov't subsidies and costs well exceed any savings garnered over the life of the previous system.
