If it's not zero/zero or icing, then get off the couch and start the helicopter.

Start Slow. If it doesn't work go back to base or land to meet a new friend. Meanwhile the medcrew goes by ground with out you. When weather improves, enjoy the flight back to base by yourself to snuggle back on the couch.

Don't ever outrun your visibility.
