so, you make $82k your first year + a bonus, and then year two you take a huge pay cut and still make only $82k. Use your head and stop being blinded by the dangling carrot of a bonus they could cut anytime. It's AEL and MTC and they have yanked those bonuses and GeoMods multiple times in the last few years.
