It's both. AMC does not want to pay and the Union is terrible at being a union. You are between a rock and hard case. The best option to change AMC is for people to leave. The problem is the military guys don't care about money, only the location and the civilian side does the same, but for location and schedule. I don't want to travel... civilian, and military alike. Because your comfortable there is no reason for AMC to pay more and the Union gets your dues no matter what.
