Did the mosquito control contractor in Palm Beach County (FL) go out of business?  COVID get them?

I see their Huey on Barnstormers for sale.  At first I thought maybe they just switched to fixed wing, like Dynamic Aviation over in Sarasota....   but then I saw that the county put the contract out for re-bid, so I am guessing something else happened.
