Spot on sir... amazing what you can find on google if you are not aware of who they are. Basically came about when KKR already owned AMGH then decided to purchase AMR ground. Took about a year to transition and become 1 company sort of as GMR. But they are still plenty of subsidiaries under both the ground and air side.
