It is on Facebook, and yeah one of the endplates on the horizontal does hit the golf cart. It spins one way, then the other, then has a pretty heavy set-down which appears to collapse the rear crosstube. Stuff happens, sometimes bad stuff. If the operator says that it was just a ground run-up with no intention of flight, then don't expect any big report from the FAA or NTSB.
