What are the differences in Part 91 flight time and crew rest limitations between helicopters and fixed wing? Does Sec. 91.1059 also apply to helicopter operations? According to 91.1059 minimum rest before duty is 10h, my employer a helicopter company operating under Part 91 allows us only 8h of rest between 16h duty days. Is that even legal?
