Original Message Management decided to pay an inflation bonus to everyone but the pilots and seems to be blaming the union, but the bonus is not subject to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, therefore CAN BE PAID. Just as they are paying $250+ incentives per shift for workover, they are allowed to pay the bonuses. THIS IS ON AMC MANAGEMENT!
