Nothing but micro mgt. and NO I did NOT get fired or turned down for a position. Worked for that ..... up outfit for 6 months and saw how pathetic the upper mgt truly was. Gave 2 week notice. The worst Co in my long aviation career. Sorry for anyone working for them.
