I'm glad the decision you guys wanted to make based on your own health situation was not hindered by mandates and rules against the decision you wanted to make. That's the way it should be.

I hope you guys don't suffer any ill long-term effects from the vaccine. It will be years before we know for sure, just like with any other new type of drug or vaccine.  It's why they normally have carefully controlled, long-term trials before approving one, especially when it's a type of vaccine that's never been tried before.

Get well. But spare us the virtue signaling garbage that you're taking one for the team to help out the unvaccinated.
