I went through the interview recently.  I interviewed in Texas, very relaxed interview!  We did get lunch, talked about our families during lunch.  At the interview the whole training process was explained to us plus the benefits package.

  I signed on and received a nice bonus plus my base pay increased about 20% over my last HEMS job (another three letter HEMS company).  Overall I'm happy with the move to PHI.
