Original Message Everywhere I hear is "every company pays better from mine". Then when you get a lowball offer you find the grass ins't greener anywhere. JH used to have pay scale information on various companies, maybe they still do, I can't find it with a quick look. It would be nice to get accurate information on what these companies are actually paying. The geo mods/accra, sign on bonuses and stipends complicate things, but there has to be enough info out there on what is actually going on. I keep hearing how "new pilots make more than long time pilots" , maybe its true but I am skeptical. Is it a high cola, hell hole living conditions, temporary bonuses? Is it an exception or is it wide spread? I want to see a "this guy makes this, that guy makes that", not what I see now, the " I know a guy who knows a guy who heard someone makes 150k at mystery unnamed company. The truth is out there. |
