Curious which base across all the companies has the largest modifier in the country? I've heard some of the California bases have large ones, around 130%.  I know some companies dont do it as a percentage but just a flat dollar amount like GMR/Medtrans.  There are some hard to fill bases down south that are $20,000.  Long Island I believe is $30,000.  I've heard Lake Tahoe is $40,000 but that is rumor only.
