Original Message none of those things you mention have been a problem at any non-union company I've ever worked at over the years. And don't try the crap that "union companies set the standards for the rest of the industry". It's plain old good business decisions to keep employees. Of course, in a union shop, the employer can't ask employees about what would help keep them happy and the employees can't talk to the company either. You know EXACTLY what I mean. |
