Stop thinking ALL NEW HIRES GOT THAT.  MOST DIDN'T get that to include pool pilots and populated area bases that didn't offer it.  Don't assume we all did you tard.  I got a higher geo but that's it dummy.   So I'll take the WO since I DIDNT GET IT
