I live in an extremely expensive area but the hospital is in the one crap town so Accra is crap. Kind of have to do OT so I can feed my kids. AMC wins. I already plan on leaving soon for a 50% raise. Can't wait. Would rather stay if AMC would at least give a 40% raise. But we all know that's not going to happen.
