Most pilots make compliance errors compared to flying errors... so how will this fix that?

Software can make fuel/distance/weight go/no-go calculations.

Medcrew can certainly fuel the aircraft.  Mechanic can preflight the aircraft at beginning of shift (can be 24 hrs like medcrew).

No more "Duty Time Turndowns".

This system doesn't push buttons in the aircraft, though, so you'll need to either teach medcrew how to do that or still have the pilot turning fuel pumps on/off, lights, avionics, throttle to fly, etc.

Can't enter/depart airspace unmanned yet I don't think.  Someone will have to be on the radios and be able to coordinate steering based on ATC wishes.

This system doesn't have sensors to prevent collision with aircraft or close obstacles on a scene call.  Those are cheap and doable in next 5 years, though.
