the FAA posted an AD the same day as the accident does not mean that it had anything to do with the accident or that it even applied to the accident aircraft. The FAA usually lags behind the manufacturer by several months when issuing ADs...by then Bell Helicopter has already issued an ASB for the problem...so if the aircraft was affected by that AD it may already have been completed by complying with an ASB.
