Had similar issues, could be a sign of dehydration. It may have you getting up more at night but I found it pretty much eliminated the issue. Along with those nasty morning sinus headaches. Most don't drink half the water required. And stay off the soft drinks, Ice tea, ect. Stretching is always good also and when sitting, keep the legs off the dest. Found that out the hard way also.
