Good question, if you are a good employee it really doesn't matter where you work. Please base your decision on many factors when looking at HAA companies. Training, Vacation, Medical costs, OT rate, Geo Mods, Equipment - not just aircraft but uniforms, boots and helmets etc. All the companies need pilots and you can negotiate your worth.
