This topic comes up regularly on JH. It is believed that HEMS owners and managers will read these posts and boost helicopters wages. One) They don’t read this drivel nor care what pilots think or do. Two) They know that most helicopter pilots won’t leave HEMS for a job that the pilot is in the seat an actual 8 hours per work day.
Third) 50% of helicopter pilots wash out of airline training and will be right back behind the cyclic.
