since we haven't heard anything urgent, official or otherwise, it would lead me to believe that whatever it was...it was an isolated issue. that's what I'm going with for now.

it'll take the usual number of NTSB years to release the final report but with aircraft data available and survivors to interview, they already know what the issue was and it must not be a fleetwide problem.
