I spent years over seeing family law court. You sir; are hosed. At the end of it all you will be smarter and much less cash inclined. I’d say don’t fight too hard as the lawyers are the true winners. I’ve seen guys spend a $100,000 to fight over $300 a month spousal support.
I also lost big in a divorce. Quit the courts to tramp around flying, took 10 years to recover financially and now going on 16 years thankfully unmarried.
