That is the very definition of a tyrant. Ask the no tyrant guy. He is in charge of yelling in everyone's faces to wear a mask, and get every vax shot and booster shot that comes along. He uses an attempt to appeal to empathy for him that everyone he encounters should protect his health, presumably from anything. And he likes the role of petty tyrant, while denying him being a tyrant. A petty tyrant is someone who has no authority but tries to lord in over everyone to do whatever he says.
