because you will forget those days unless it is written down and what if you change bases, then what???? you just lost those days, since the next base won't honor it,.....better yet, you leave the company...they will pay you out straight time (if they even have it recorded it right) then if you actually worked OT and got 1.5

so you do workover and only get straight time (comp time), that cheats you out of A WHOLE LOTTA MONEY there.....
