Thats the exact thought I had, looking through the Metro EMS kit FMS135M-7, dated Nov 2019 and there are no mentions of it.  They talk about limits of the pallet style litters for equipment but nothing else.  Assuming someone did the math of the 600kg per square meter and got it down to a lbs per square inch and then took into account the surface area of the wheels on the floor to come to that 350 number.  Maybe I'll mess with the math later and see what that ends up at.
