Recently, a pilot  had a couple of issues with a flight which constituted careless and reckless operation, including a deviation into Bravo airspace and wrong calculations for weight and balance on several legs, so flew the aircraft over the weight limitation. Was given 15 days to submit a statement and heard back within a week. Counseled and returned to work within three weeks of violation.
