You can go onto Guidestar.org and view any non-for-profit's IRS Form 990 (tax return for NFPs) and learn how funds are distributed. You can access Hospital Wing's Form 990 by entering "Memphis Medical Center Air Ambulance". Here is what the latest 990 shows. Two things are likely to happen with the acquisition: rates will go up and salaries will go down. Not sure how many aircraft or bases Wing operates.
