In an effort to curtail any bad rumors (Yeah, good luck I know...)
I don't think it's a management problem. A couple new bases have opened and there is a lot of shifting around currently. I know we lost 3 guys at our program to new base openings and then we gained one guy from another program which left an opening at his old base, and we have one guy leaving aviation all together to help his aging family out back on their farm.
So, long story short, just normal shifting around. Nothing to see here.
