I am wondering what HAA companies are paying for SPIFR. I am seeing there are numerous postings at Metro for IFR. What does metro pay for pilots to fly SPIFR?  Is it a stipend or an IFR payscale? How does it compare to the rest of the companies flying Helicopter SPIFR. Thanks in advance
