What you do in Part 91 on your own time has absolutely zero significance for any part 135 duty time requirements. If you fly your airplane to work and back which is part 91 after a 12 hour EMS shift has zero relationship. Having said that, don’t ever let a 135 company tell you there is such a thing as a “part 91” flight conducted under part 135. |

So let's say your duty day starts at 8AM, so after your 14 that would be 10PM, then you add an hour "reposition" putting you starting your rest at 11PM. But you have to be at work at 8AM the next morning. How many hours of rest did you get? |
