you were careless and reckless for hovering 100 feet over houses as you would be considered a "hazard to persons or property on the surface". they would be right and you would have to prove you weren't, which would be difficult. |

a hierarchy as to their operating parameters which puts them pretty low on the 'rights' to airspace column. Personally I'm not impressed with any of it excepting for medical, law enforcement, and emergency work. |
